Hyundai Motor India — grand I10 got break down in 7 days after delivery | |||
Dear sir, I took a grand i10 2018 model from mgf hyundai cherthala showroom on 3rd of february in the name of my wife remya r and it got break down on 10th february. The vehicle has already clocked 120kms while i took the delivery and i have driven the vehicle only below 50 kms. Now the service team has informed the clutch disk of the vehicle has worn out and now i have to pay rs. 11, 000/- to get it replaced. As the vehicle was new only my cousine who is a taxi driver has taken the vehicle out for drive even i haven't driven the vehicle. Now i am not ready to pay this bill as the dealer has driven this vehicle more than me. So please look into this matter seriously and clear the issue as soon as possible. Or else i have to raise a compliant on consumer court against the dealer and the manufacturer. Was this information helpful? | |||
