Hyundai Motor India — harsh sound in verna engine | |||
Dear _, I purchased a brand new hyundai verna from your dealer das motors meerut up india, upon driving the car, i discovered that there is a harsh sound in the engine. After so many complaints and followups the manager of das motors meerut asked me to gave car back to the company for two days. After i have given the car back to the company.. The problem still exist as it is with harsh sound in the engine. I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and i find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that. While i do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still i can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product i would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation. I demand replacement of my car, as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money. Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again.
