Sir, i purchased a hyundai xcent in december 2016. From the first day of purchase there was a sound when we accelerate the car. I got the car checked many times from pal motors, khanna, punjab but there was no positive response in accordance to the complaint. That always said that the car has no problem. They are not interested in gettingg the issue resolved. The warranty of the car is till 40000 kms and the car is driven 39768 kms. So kindly get the issue resolved otherwise it would be a matter of shame if i would have to go to the consumer court for this issue. Please look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. The dealer is delaying the delivery of the vehicle from1-2 weeks as promised by the dealer the vehicle should be delivered on 21 September 2017 but as he says he has no delivery status available for the vehicle
