Hyundai Motor India — hyundai creta starting problem (unknown) and poor response | |||
I am facing major (Non starting) break down problem in my vehicle no. Dl9cau7093 hyundai creta 2018 model purchased in july 2018 of late as the vehicle invariably have "starting" issue. The hyundai service person recharge the battery and start it but again after several hours the battery drained (Vehicle don't start/don't take self). Have called the call center today several times who in turn put me on long hold only to assure that someone from your road side assistance company will contact to resolve which did not happen instantly but got a several missed call besides someone called me after 3 hours only to check what is the problem? The sapphire hyundai service station in dwarka sector 20 was kind and professional enough, thanks to the service center manager mr. Dalbir, to send his serivce advisor for assistance to attend the vehicle. The vehicle was re-started by generating current in battery from other vehicle but unfortunately again developed same starting problem in evening and now standing outside parking. Vehicle has only completed around 17000 km and was serviced on 1st august 2020 and not sure why the battery is breaking down so fast leaving me in a situation o[censored]ncertainty. Appreciate if someone can take a note and guide in order to ensure the problem is resolved and even if battery (Exide) needs replacement, then the same must be replaced as the same comes with 3 years warranty and should not have had so much failures in the first 2 years of purchase.
