As i am a customer of hyundai from last 10 years. I am servicing my car regularly in kanchana hyundai, udupi. I am sorry to note that as i have paid an advance of rs.7000/- for purchase of spare parts on date 10.4.2018 for my car (Hyundai getz-ka-01-mc 5638). But after lots of correspondence through phone still hyundai authorities in udupi branch have not procured all the spares parts for the my hyundai getz car till now. I am deeply worried for no action from their end. I had a worst response for the service center in udupi. My car broke down in the centre of the road. As my car has stopped working now. I am sorry to note that after repeated phone calls they have not responded to procure the spare parts. I hope you will take immediate action from your end to resolve this issue for good customer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? | |||||
