Hyundai Motor India — hyundai india issue with cancellation resulting in huge money loss | |||
E had requested for cancellation of one of the car booking within 2 weeks of booking. Hyundai dealers did not process the same for almost a month and now bank charges of 40000 is put on us. Bank is not ready to close the loan account without this being paid. The first emi for the car that i have not purchased in been deducted from my account because of the negligence of hyundai. No one from hyundai are responding to my queries. Have tried reaching out in multiple forums customer service email, phone and even dealers dont lift the calls or respond to emails or messages. This amount should completely be hyundai's responsibility because they were irresponsible and did not process the cancellation on time as soon as it was requested.
