I had booked hyundai santro car on 19/10/2018 by online booking. The order reference number is s8232-[protected]. I had chosen advaith hyundai bilekahalli bangalore as the dealer. I had visited them before booking the car when they had promised full refund on cancellation.
Subsequently i decided to cancel the booking as i wanted to continue to use my current hyundai i-10 car for some more time. I visited the dealer for cancellation and they said i have to send an email request to them. Accordingly i sent an email on december 30, 2018. I attached a scanned copy of blank cheque also as requested by them.
Till now i have not received refund. I once again visited them and they said the concerned employee (Mr prem kumar) is on leave. No response thereafter.
Hence i am writing this complaint to you. Kindly do the needful and refund the booking amount as promised, urgently.

Dealer made fake commitment as we wanted delivery of car on our anniversary however after several discussion dealer did not fulfill his commitment and also he misbehaved with me.
Finally We have cancelled our order and purchased a santro from DM hyundai on same day.
Now they are not responding my call and denied to refund full amount.
Hence I am writing this complaint to you. Kindly do the needful and refund the booking amount as promised, urgently.
