Hyundai Motor India — improper delivery of my i10 car | |||
Respected sir/madam I booked for grand i10 on 19th december 2017 at mukesh hyundai kolkata against exchange of my old hyundai car. As per as adviced by your sales person i fulfilled all the prerequisities. They committed to deliver my car with completing all official formalities on several occasions between 4th january 2018 to17th january 2018 but failed to do so. I am helpless and have no clue for this kind of irresponsible behaviour and injustice from your side. I know i am a very small customer of your huge automobile sector I am requesting you to look into this matter urgently and please do the needful So that, me the poor man can recieve my car from your esteemed side at the earliest. Was it my fault that i used hyundai car for last 8 years and again wanted the same.
