I have purchased Elite i20 Car from your Ludhiana Dealer M/s Goyal Hyundai last on[protected] and got insured (Dep Cap) car from the same dealer who ensured me at the time of sale, that this insurance company has a tie-up with Hyundai motors and in case of any loss/ there will be no headache of the customer and they will do the rest of the job.
Unfortunately, my car was hit by some un-identified vehicle on 13/5/17, while I was sitting in a restaurant. The car was not in a position of drive mode, so I sent the car by toe-van and the Engineer at Goyal Hyudai (Mr. Harnek Singh) told me that as the vehicle has dep-cap insurance of hyundai, whatever the loss is, it is covered and only file charges of Rs. 1000/- are to be paid. But to my utter surprise, at the time of delivery he told me thatout of total repair bill of Rs 30875/- your cars few parts are not paid by insurance company and forced me to pay Rs 15000/- extra for the same and thus cheated me. My humble submission is that as its a new car and was on first year purchase with dep cap insurance of Hyundai company how they can charge me for that.I feel that Goyal Hyundai peaople they duped my money in the name of insurance company. This will tarnish the image of the hyundai Company. Please look into the matter and take necessary action on the conceerned people.
