Hyundai Motor India — lack of transparency | |||
I own a hyundai i10 magna 1.2. Due for service at 10000km. As my car has not been running much, i have not availed the free service at 10000 km and now want to get the paid service at 10000 km. Have called your authorised workshop - bharat associate at worli and they refuse to give a quotation for service due at 10000 km. They say hyundai has no prescribed service schedule at 10000 km. We decide basis the inspection and generally everything like engine oil, air filer, coolants, brake oil needs to be changed. Why cant you make your dealers work transparently. That's why maruti is far better and people using maruti are far happier i guess Was this information helpful? | |||
