Hyundai Motor India — mishandled the car during servicing

Address:Darjeeling, West Bengal, 734401

Serviced the vehicle on 10th november 2017. Got scratches and cut marks during servicing. Very disappointed. It's totally unfair to the customers. Is that the way to service the car? I don't want any scratches to my car. Want a speedy solution to it as soon as possible. Picture attached. Kindly look into the problem. I hv to replace the whole thing now. Who will be responsible to pay for it?
