Hyundai Motor India — missing of map card from my car

Address:D-102, Aarohi Elysium; Behind Safal Parisar 1, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380058

I had submitted verna car [gj38b 2049] on 10/10/19 for accidental claim in your branch at sindhu bhavan branch. I had collected vehicle on 17/10/19. During collection, map card was missing. For that i have taken follow ups, but due to worst service, no body is responding / no body is caring about customer issue. So please look into this matter and resolve the problem asap.
