Hyundai Motor India — need clear information

Date of accident : 25.02.2019, i placed my damaged car at borah hyundai, dibrugarh for repair and after their inspection they promised to deliver the car on 28.02.2019. Since it is a very new car and during my visit there i observed that my car was parking on road side in front of dealer. Now i want to know what the actual damage parts need to be change and when it would be deliver to me.
