This is last e mail which i am forwarding, i am still waiting for any reply or contact from couple of weeks now where i was promised that i will get a call in 3 working days : From: Majid, Yasir Sent: Tuesday, December 20, 2016 4:00 PM To: 'CCS GROUP ID' ; '[protected]@hyundai-motor.com' ; '[protected]@advaithhyundai.com' Subject: SHAME**New Car Complaint / Service Provider Complaint ** Hi Team, I have received this e mail from you on 14th Dec and as you promised that Regional office will contact me within 3 days, looks like it was BIG JOKE to me because today is 20 Dec still I have not been contacted by any one . I am frustrated to the highest level from Hyundai and its partners, GIVE ME THE INDIA HEAD OFFICE MAILING ADDRESS, I WANT TO WRITE A LETTER TO CEO OR MD . You company is the worst I have Delt with, no customer concern, WORST TO THE CORE .I will surely publish on social media in all the forums about the worst customer service you provide to customer’s **I have chain of e mails on this complaint and from Hyundai that they will contact in 3 working days but its been so many weeks and no one has contacted, this shows clearly lack of ownership and shows that Hyundai is least bothered about customer.
