Hyundai Motor India — nextgen verna engine noise and missing end parts | |||
I bought ng verna in nov17. I kept complaining of noisy knocky engine to hyundai people in service.. Customer feedback form and many places.. But no one attended. Now in second service the service centre told me that ebd port in missing. And has not come with the vehicle. I complianed to showroom when no response, i contacted customer complain number.. And took people on concall.. They said by monday 21st we resolve. They only say yes but do not resolve... I am sure the matter is not touched and hyundai must have ignored.
