Sir/madam,
Its been more than 7 months that binod hyundai, angul, odisha is playing hide and seek with me for refund. I had paid an amount of rs 10, 000/- for purchase o[censored]sed santro by card. I, then inquired at few other places who ensured better cars at same price. It is pertinent to mention here that i had requested for operational battery and repair of door before collecting the vehicle. And the very next day when i arrived for collection of vehicle, i saw no work was done and i have my friends witnessing the same. Hence, immediately i requested for cancellation following the process advised by the officials and sales officer of the showroom. I was assured an immediate refund. They kept tossing the matter for days.
Even in next couple of months when i had to buy a new vehicle, i had to go for maruti from odyssey, angul which is very close to binod hyundai showroom even though i20 active was my first preference eyeing the poor response and service. Meanwhile, i have also met the general manager of the showroom who had assured refund in a week before 2 months and yet nothing has been done.
It is regretful to say that being a female and deputy manager (Hr) of mahanadi coalfields limited of coal india ltd, i was harassed and had to switch to other company for this ill-treatment and harassment from your company. Finally, i had to email when every other resource failed. Wishing a quick response. (Pics of application and receipt is enclosed)
