Hyundai Motor India — parts not available from last 2 months

I have booked a material for my santro car no jk14c0200 at devika hyundai udhampur - j&k from last 2 month and till date the parts are not available.
Everytime they say it is coming in next 2 days but deliberately they are not providing the parts to us.

Even complained to the area sales manager o[censored]dhampur area but till date no rwaponse given and now it is almost more than 2 months.
