Hyundai Motor India — poor service, fake assurances

Sir,
My accident took place on 28/08/2018 and after that accident i drove car to badrika hyundai, satna on same day. General manager (Service) - (Mr. Anjani shukla) of that showroom has given assurances every time we called him. But nothing was done in this regard. He handed over the car to us in february i. E after 6 months but made no submission of reports to insurance company and told that process is going on with the insurance company and he has completed process from his side. Today he admitted that all his assurances were fake and finally he is working on report. Now we need a earlier resolution of complaint along with compensation of mental torture that we suffered with his fake assurances and mobility.
