Hyundai Motor India — poor service, fake assurances, fraudulent activities

I(Akshay Singhal S/O Smt Sneha Singhal) would like to state that I met with an accident on 28/AUG/2018 near Gudh, Rewa in the morning at around 10:00AM. Airbags of my car were deployed. I drove the car to Badrika Hyundai, Satna as I had a word with Mr. Anjani Shukla General Manager (Workshop & Service) at Badrika Hyundai and he told me that work related to Airbags can be done at Satna workshop only.
Car didn’t suffered much damage. Only Airbags and front bumper were damaged. Survey took place on 5/09/2018 as told to us by Mr Anjani Shukla . Now every week we used to call him and he kept on telling that Car is going under total loss. Papers are being forwarded to Indore (M.P.) for total loss work. He kept on assuring that Car can be purchased by us ( Smt. Sneha Singhal ) itself in Rs. 40000/- to 50000/- and then we have to pay for the work done in Hyundai Workshop. He told Insurance company would pay us IDV- Purchase price that is[protected] = 195000/- ~ 190000/-. Every time he (GM) kept on saying either process is going on OR Surveyor Mr. Kashi Gupta is on leave.
Anjani Shukla sent Car to me(Akshay Singhal) in office in the month of February with no work done in regards with Airbags, Seat cover were torn, Keyless remote was without buttons(hence Central locking wasn’t working), Tyre of the Car were changed, Matting was removed, Steering cover was removed and when I called him up, he told that you bring car to me and I will try to resolve your complaints and I took my car twice to Satna from Sidhi which is 130kms but nothing was done in regards to Airbags. Parts were taken out from other cars and fitted into my vehicle that is they fitted pre-used parts in my Car. They took photos after work was done in which broken parts of Hyundai Creta i.e. other car were kept in front of my Car, and when I objected they told it’s just a formality sir. Whenever I asked for Insurance process, He said I’m not asking for any bill to be paid. I will only ask for bill after you get your entire amount from Insurance Company. Everytime we asked for Surveyor’s contact he said he is on leave or he is out of town. He also asked for a cancelled cheque in month of December, so as to show that payment is being processed by Insurance company and so we provided him with cancelled cheque, thinking that he is really working on it.
On 26/03/2019, he said that Car has been sold in Rs. 1.05 lacs (instead of earlier amount which he told was 40k-50k) and so Insurance company will deduct Rs. 1.05 lacs and then we have to pay him i.e. Badrika Hyundai the repairment costs (after insurance company has paid to us IDV-1.05 lacs).
On 27/03/2019 He admitted that all his commitments and assurances were fraudulent and he is working on insurance report. He along with Surveyor has cheated us and wrong act has been done on their part.
We need you to solve the issue at earliest along with replacement of Airbags as no work has been done on that part.
We request you that work related to Airbag to be done at Gwalior as we don’t trust this dealer anymore.
We want that no payment shall be made in this regard to dealer as all parts used in repairing are Pre-used and amount they have claimed is hypothetical with respect to the damage done. As it was a minor accident with airbags deployed just because of hitting a heap of mud, after getting hit by a car. We also want strict action against Surveyor so that such acts don’t happen in future. It is the duty of Surveyor to inform us about our vehicle after Survey .

Kindly resolve the issue at earliest with new Airbags installed.
