Hyundai Motor India — Poor service & high maintenance | |||
Hi, I have a Hyundai i20 car no-MH-47 K-1323 Model magna. My service centre is Modi Hyundai which is located at Goregaon-West S V Road. I had purchased the car on January 2021 & till date I give my car for service at Modi Hyundai which is your authorised service centre. I am very frustrated with the poor service they offer & after that the car has issues & please note that the issue starts immediately after the service is done. When there is any issue they don't charge less than 10, 000/-. Also the parts are very low quality & expensive. Very upset with your pathetic service & also your customer care as they have no records of the service done in 1 yr & made me wait for more than an hour, The most funny thing is after my service they call me in months time for another service. According to them we should service the car every month. In the name of service they only wash the car & give it back. I have spoken to the manager of Mode Hyundai Mr Milind Anavkar buy he has paid no atttention to my issues. I am so upset that there are 2 members in my family who wanted to buy Creta but I have advised them not to buy. I am even thinking of moving to consumer court to have this sorted.
