Hyundai Motor India — Poor service quality and customer response

I have hyundai Xcent car model XS year 2014 with vehicle no DL10CS3746 purchased from Charu Motors moti nagar delhi. My car is being service in routine from their workshop only. I have lodged a complaint in 2019 for heavy water seepage on car floor in front and back seat. The workshop people kept the car for 2 days and than confirmed issue has been resolved. After 4-5 months again the issue emerged and water starting seeping in car. I went to workshop again and showed. They again kept car for 2 days charged Rs 1000 and confirmed that there was leakage from Car AC duct line and they have repaired it. After 20 days again same issue started and when i approached workshop they checked and said they need to keep car again for 1-2 day for checking. I agreed and asked to provide permanent solution. After 2 days i was informed that some coupling of AC drain out pipe is broken and need to be replaced. Since part is to be ordered hence it will take 4-5 days after placing order. I asked for estimate and it was given as Rs 1000/- again. I agreed and after 15 days of follow up the part came and i got call confirmation for same. I went to workshop and approached to reception and i was allocated a supervisor (Mr Rahul Thakur). He asked me the problem and i told him that it has already been registered plz check in records. He refused yo check and insisted me to confirm. Later based on my feedback without checking given me an estimate of Rs 9000/- When i got annoyed and resisted than i was asked to meet service manager or store in charge for checking the part myself. I met Service manager and i was told there is some mistake and they are not aware of any such complaints. They need to recheck my car for the issue and earlier supervisor (Mr Bhushan) has left the company hence i may connect him myself and check for whom to approach. I was kept waited for 2 hr and later i was told that AC duct pipe part is required however they need 2 days to change and check. The revised estimate was given of Rs 5, 500/- when i told i was given estimate of Rs 1000/- than they said its wring and i need to pay this amount only. Again I had to leave car in workshop and it will be returned after 2 days. To the more surprise same day in evening i received call from workshop that work is complete and car is ready. I went next day and i saw water on rear floor. I raised issue for same and I was told that it will dry itself in 4-5 days. I asked to show me the part changed so they replied it can’t be shown. After lot of argument i was assured to get floor dry but again as always car need to be left for 2-3 days. Now i have few concerns:
a) Is this the kind of service Hyundai provides
b) Is this the right treatment for customers
c) How do i assure that part has been changed after paying Rs 5, 500/- now as i already paid Rs 1000/- earlier also.
d) what is the issue arises again as twice in past

I had really bad and harassing service experience with this dealer.

I am raising my grievance and formally lodging complaint. I as a consumer expect a positive response of my issues.
