Hyundai Motor India — rc not recd

I hv bought santro car on 28th dec 2018 from mohan motors apc road kolkata dealer showroom but till date hv not recd my rc. I hv lodged several complaints with dealer and hyndai motors (Mr parimal hv spoken to who is employee of hyndai kolkata regional office) but there is no action has been taken in this regard.
