Hyundai Motor India — refund against online booking of new santro | |||||
I booked new santro on 16.10.2018 and post launching i asked your representative to arrange quotation for csd to buy. However they denied as not available with csd. Then i asked your delar representative to refund my money on 28th oct 18 however as on till date i didn't get my money back apart from that no one is picking up my call and neither giving any response on refund. Now i want interest on my money lying with your delar. If i will not get my money back in next 34 days i will lodge complaint in consumer court. Below msg is came. For post online booking. Very worst and they are wasting our time and that to i am a very old customer of Hyundai. Either we have to wait nor file has to be logged in consumer court.
I am also waiting for the same if not i will do the same as per payment terms & agreement.
