Hyundai Motor India — refund for cancellation of car-booking

I had bonked one santro (Mt cng sportz_ptrol) on[protected] by paying
Rs.11100.00 (Eleven thousand one hundred only) my order i/d being
N[protected] dated[protected]. As i was not interested in buying the car
I applied for the cancellation vide i/d no. 1-[protected] dated[protected].
I had submitted all the relevant documents as desired by them.
Since then i am requesting hyundai motor india for the refund but to my utter dismay they are not responding to my request.
