Hyundai Motor India — regarding defective ac of hyundai verna | |||
Dear sir, I am using hyundai verna car rj02 cd 6649 which has provided to me by kajaria ceramics ltd. And since 22/08/19 the a. C. Of the car is out of order then we complaint about it on 23/08/19 at hyundai authorized service center (Modern hyundai, alwar) and after checking the car the authorized person told us the defective spares are not available in the stock and after receiving the spares they will inform us. On 26/08/19 we ask them regarding the availability of the spares then they told us to bring the car in the workshop again and then they told us same story that they don’t have the spares while they give same answer on 23.9.19 And on 03/09/19 we received the call from hyundai service center to bring the car for repairing but we were out of alwar on that day so we handed over the car on 04/09/19 and as per authorized person of the workshop the car will be ready up to 4’o’ clock but we don’t receive the phone up to 5 ‘o’ clock then we reached to the workshop and we saw still that they didn’t start the work on the car and after asking them they told us that they need more spares and due to non-availability of spares in the workshop they didn’t complete the work. So my car is in the workshop since 04/09/19 and i am using the taxi since that day and i have spent approx. Rs. 20, 000 on my travailing if all of repairing work is in under insurance then you have to pay my losses otherwise i will not receive the car and i will go to the consumer court.
