Hyundai Motor India — regarding services and behavior after purchased the car

-------Did i take wrong decision to purchase HUNDAI car-------
The accidental car no- UP 80 EK 6984 had given by 25 march 2019 in workshop in agra city (up). till date they are not able to provide car. they don, t call me in further information about the car . i contact them in regularly basis but they don.t reply in such manner and clear answer. i have more irritated.Approx 2 months has passed and i m travelling with local E- Riksha .did i take wrong decision to purchase HUNDAI company.
i want to know about the service after purchased the car.
2nd thing is behavior of the employee.
