Hyundai Motor India — Regarding the repair and claim | |||||
Dear sir, I am writing this today to explain about how bad experience i had with sasya Hyundai karimnagar My car met with an accident and i went to sasya Hyundai karimnagar and described them the incident, Mr srinivas supported me to write the incident on the paper, after few days Mr. Srinivas and the team not at all responding to the calls and etc. What is the purpose of getting the car at the service station for Hyundai when these people can not help me when damages happens. Managers at work shop attended so casually and made me to write incident without seriously recognising it. The vehicle was given for repair on 14th of Feb 2017 the insurance people had approved but till no repair was done to it. These people are not yet responding to the customers . I had a very bad experience . Vehicle No:- AP 29 BS7533 Still not yet Repaired it already 2months Please take an immediate action Was this information helpful? | |||||
