There was a problem occured in my i10 sports vehicle on 08/02/2018 and sought for rsa as i had a rsa policy. Since the occurred problem was not detected at the site hence the technician was advised for transfer of vehicle to the nearest workshop under rsa policy. Accordingly on the very same evening it was transferred to m/s ashiana hyundai, patliputra, patna. Since then the occurred problem is yet be addressed at the workshop despite your regular updates on the issue. Further it has been understood through discussion with the concern advisor that the workshop doesn't have such resource to address the issue which will be addressed shortly.
