Hyundai Motor India — rudely behavior with customer | |||
Dear Team Hyundai, Please listen attached recording carefully. I had called the Hyundai Showroom MB in Gorakhpur for an i10 car in which I wanted to exchange with my i20 car but there I talked to a person named Pankaj who did not ready for valuation, he said we can not accept Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh registered car in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh while I have agreed for NOC but he talked very rudely & said we are not followed company clause we are following dealer rules because this car taken by the dealer. But my point is that we are not knowing to the dealer customer only knowing to the Hyundai company. Please take action on this because the company's image is getting worse.
