Hyundai Motor India — service center is putting their fault on customer | |||
On 30 sept, 2019, i purchased grand i10 nios from superon hyundai, near rajiv chowk, sohna road, gurugram. My chassis number is malb251clk m 024204 and owner name is mahesh upadhyay. After one month completed i sent my car for checkup in superon hyundai service centar. The boy who pick my car, gave me a customer copy that only show one minor dent in back side of my car when the car got returned from the service centre than i saw that a crack on the front glass of the car when i complaint about it in superon service centar, they began to blamming me upside down and began to saying this crack so was your already. If it would have cracked earlier than would have seen somewhere on my customer copy as well. The staff members of superon arguing too much with me. Their talking way was very nonsense. They have no manners to talk with customer. I am attaching hard copy of that customer copy. Kindly i just want that the front glass of my car be changed as soon as possible. It's first check up of my car and this is my first and bad experience with hyundai. I am feeling that i should have not purchased hyundai car.
