Hyundai Motor India — service quality and commitment level of hyundai | |||
This post is to create awareness that please do not buy hyundai cars for two reasons A. Built quality: I bought hyundai xcent (Jh 10bf 9935) two years back in june 2017. And i paid extra amount for security and took model which had airbags.. Unfortunately on 25th may 2019 my car met with an accident.. Which was so severe that bumper radiator and engine got suffered still airbags dint deploy.. Fortunately my driver was unhurt.. B. Service: My car was sent to libra hyundai dhanbad, kartras road service center on 25th may’19. After multiple follow up (At least 5 personal visits, 15-20 calls direct and they call center, and 5 tweets) they agreed to deliver car on 19th jun.. But they had to maintain their reputation of pathetic customer service so after keeping car for a month; on 22nd june they said that engine of car has seized. I just want to know if it’s an accident case and that too from front side why its took a month to identify about issue in engine. Its my 100% believe that if such issue was not reported in first inspection report or within 7 days of accident, must be creating by libra hyundai to harass us. Why……because we had written against them in social media platform. Now as its intentionally made it’s not covered by insurance company. Now even after 8 days that they have not given the estimate…. Libra hyundai is just the worst place to go for service..
