Scraches have been occured in my vehicle. I have visited with my vehicle on 26.10.16. The body care department people told that they have no contact for my insurance company New India Insurance. They told they will hand over one estimate and after approval they will carry out the work and told to take the vehicle.They have noted the body parts which need painting. Then after i contacted regularly for five days for handing over of estimate. Then again they are asking for vehicle to bring to their workshop.This is a case of harashment. please suggest the remedy and what is the procedure and probable time for repairing the same Was this information helpful? | |||||
