Hyundai Motor India — Service with Unethical practices | |||
Good evening, Although I have lost complete faith on HYUNDAI brand for good. Yet it is my duty to raise the concern for upper management about the current prevailing scenario in their service center. Which run without proper regular check on ethical dealing ground. My car had a accident on 16 Jan 2021. So as naive customer I sent my car to Hyundai service center with expectation for professionalism and decent work job. DL12CK1083 However I had a worst experience of my life. Never felt to frustrated and helpless in life. Hyundai Professional enginer service center, sector 52, wazirpur, Gurgaon. I was given estimation of[protected] thousands and it was signed and agreed by myself/ younger brother and Hyundai representative with Mr. Sharik Turki. However when I got the bill for 95000. Without explanation. Without intimation about over service amount. And when after raising a complaint multiple times. Other body parts where mishandle. Finally after all this when I confronted senior member Mr. Vikas and Mayank DIXIT. They threaten me. I don't how Hyundai can be so careless by putting such people on service industry. There should be some discipline and ethical grounds in business. It's hard to acknowledge Hyundai reality, hiring local mafia in uniform. HYNDAI is a Disgusting setup.
