Hyundai Motor India — stealing / changing eps power steering instrument at service time | |||
Sir, I also used of your i10 product since 2009, Reg. No. is UP 78 BU 7061. The vehicle is standing in the name of Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Agarwal S/o Shri P.L.Agarwal, Kanpur. Total distance covered till date approx. 10600 km. I have handed over my vehicle to the work shop of M/s AKC hyundai, Parsakhera, Bareily (UP) for the purpose of getting repair cum service of the vehicle. The repair was meant under Insurance claim from the New India Assurance Co. Ltd. The vehicle was handed over to the workshop as on 03.12.2017 for the above purpose and it was advised to me that the same will be returned to me approx. after 15 days. At the time of handing over the vehicle to WS, my vehicle was completely fit except some scratches at the external left part of the body & that was to be done under NIA claim. While handing over the vehicle, the counter man has requested me Sir, Please HAMARA BHE DHYAN RAKHIYEGA on a/c of claim being sought from New India Ass. Co. Ltd. & due to not giving any add. Amount (bribe) to the men, my vehicle was given me back just after approx. 35-40 days after STEALING/CHANGING one of the original part which provide power to power steering i.e. EPS. When I observed the deficiency approx. 10 days after, the agency called the vechicle & advised me they will do something but later on they advised me that an amount of Rs.10000.00 will be charged by the agency to get new part. He said that no service charges will be levied further for changing new EPS but for new instrument, I have to pay Rs.10, 000.00.When I asked them that my vehicle was completely fit at the time of handing over to Work Shop then how, suddenly, the instrument get defected. No response was given me and every time official tried to avoid the issue at one & another pretext & said that agency may give new PURJA after getting full payment. After refusing to pay the said amount, the agency returned my vehicle without equipping the already stealed or new one instrument. When I say them that I will complain you at the appropriate forum such as HYUNDAI OFFICE, CNBC AWAAZ PEHRADAAR OR OTHER LEADING NEWSPAPER, they said AAPKO JO KAR MILE, WO KAR LO. I am also attaching the copy of repair order which also display the facts for your kind perusal. Sir, In the matter, I request you to please give me justice in view of keeping highly CORPORATE IMAGE as your company commands 2ND position in India in passenger vehicle segment JUST on a/c of caring of your customer after sale. If such type of incidence will take place, then who will search / think in about product. I am also a responsible SBI Bank’s Officer now posted at Bareilly. Sales executive from shyamal branch Hyundai mr. ASHISH PATEL don’t have manners how to talk to the customer he gave me discount and then at the time of delivery of car he disagreed and he was not at all polite while talking and he disrespected me.
