Hyundai Motor India — Steering kit noise - company defect

I purchased i20 in april of 2011and drove only 12, 000kms in 5 years. Th eleft suspesion noise of stearing has been an issue since 2013 and was discussed with an engineer at Modi Hyundai service center thane however, as instructed by Hyundai the engineer convinced me to let go stating the issue wouldn't impact the performance of the car. Today, the left noise 'katar katak' has been a major issue. Please let me know what could be done to ensure more awareness of this issue to each and every i20 user.
