Hyundai Motor India — the service level of mgf hyundai thodupuzha idukki kerala. | |||
Dear sir My car was delivered to me on march 2018 from mgf hyundai thodupuzha in idukki district kerala. Yesterday 02 july 2018 i brought the car to the show room for the repair of bumper. The insurance is bumper to bumper. From hyundai. Once we reach there the staff was rude and as per them if we repair from the showroom and claim the insurance next year the premium will be around 14500 and also we have to go with car to muvatupuzha in another hyundai and repair. They dont have staff available to take care of my vehicle. The charges for the repairing will be around 1000 and the insurance money will be so high for next year. So my question is what is the benefit of my bumper to bumper insurance? Why i bought a car from mgf thodupuzha if they cannot provide a simple service with insurance?? (If i go out in any authorised service centre the total expenditure is around 3000 only). The reason i choose mgf thodupuzha was only 22 km away from my home and they offered me well service also but if they cant do this small thing it is really pathetic. From my experience of mgf hyundai thodupuzha yesterday was really below average and customer should not go for the service because they are not encouraging customers and pushing to go somewhere and do the service without insurance. The other poosible choice they have given is to go some other hyundai dealer which is very far. I am really disappointed.
