Hyundai Motor India — unethical practices | |||
Dear sir, I had purchased hyundai creta from your dealer l r hyundai, kaithal on 18/7/2017 after making a payment of rs 10, 80, 000/- by cheque from my firm's a/c apart from booking amount which i paid on 26/7/2017. But till today they are not providing me the billing papers of my vehicle. Although all required papers like copy of pan card of firm, gstin, partners adhaar card, pan card, tan no. Of firm, blank letter head of the firm are already given. Also before delivery they signed from me a blank file containing many papers relating to customer satisfaction, authorisation papers, other papers by saying it is mandatory for billing and delivery. But inspite of various promises they had not given me the bills of car and my passing papers till this letter. This type o[censored]nethical and non corporate behaviour is not expected from a dealer of such a reputed brand hyundai. They are really harassing me deliberately as i had complained for their non delivery of my vehicle after booking. Please take appropriate action against such dealership who to conceal it's inappropriate behaviour get blank files signed form customers fraudentally. Regards Jai bajrang rice & gen.
