Hyundai Motor India — vehicle alignment problem | |||
Sir I am having & using I20 Active bearing registration No MH50A 6550. Since purchase of my vehicle I never got alignment done at your authorised service station. The service is given by Kanase Hyundai Karad.Now my car has completed running of 50000KM, I need a regular service at your authorised service station. I visited 3 to 4 times but the representative told me that alignment not possible at Karad. If I need to go for alignment I need to travel 60 KM from here & the cost of travel & time is so high. Why you dont provide the service & how you can say Customer satisfaction no 1 Was this information helpful? | |||
