Hyundai Motor India — very poor customer response and both pre booking of car | |||
I am a serving army colonel and while on leave i booked a car on 7 jan and was told that it would be provided within 4-6 weeks of booking. I was given a car test on normal hyundai creta whearas i booked creta at. The both reps of company were breathing down my neck to book earliest and did not leave my premises.. We after little consultation. Or part consultation booked white color at and next day i requested them if black color could be changed. Also it was declined. I paid an amount of respect 5000/- by cheque which was cashed within two days. No response and no input on vehicle arrival input has been told today that it will come at end of the month... Can u help resolve issue and organise black color instead of white creta at if possible.. Hope to hear a favourable response.. I have finished my leave and am on verge of going back and still waiting for car.. Few moments spent together with family in new car would have provided some memorable moments that too has been taken away.. Sadly Hope to hear a solicited response..
