Hyundai Motor India — with regard to returning the booking amount | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I booked the 1st oct 2018 on grand i10 morani motors tonk road jaipur Due to non-white colour after booking, grand i10 was given by Hindustan motors by sales executive vikas varma, but when i was asked To return the booking amount, i was told that 7 days will be refunded But for 3 months until the booking amount refund was not refunded, Then in january, i cut 2000 rupees out of 11000 and handed back 9000 Checks for the when i asked the reason for cutting 2000, i was told That the booking cancelling charge has been deducted. I have told Them that i have done some conferencing in the booking. I have been Told by the executive vikas verma that i will get back in but he did Not even return.
