Hi team

Please be informed that i got registered with icad services on 22/03/2016 in brigade road bangalore where icad services consultant ayesha convinced me stating that within 6 month from the date of registration i will get the pr for canada and didn't explained me about the ielts exam in details just send the evaluation report through mail for which she asked me to pay rs.1500 and i got my evaluation report issued on 016.

On 21/03/2016 i received again mail from ayesha stating that i am eligible to migrate to canada on pr visa but i have to pay onetime payment of rs. 9000 where i will get the discount but if i pay later then i have to pay more then the discounted amount. I agreed and paid the onetime payment using my debit card.

Later she assigned me the case manager whose name was abdul muqeet located in hyderabad. He explained me about the process and when i asked about ielts he explained me in details as how much i have to score according to the evaluation report. Also he informed me that i should book the date according to my convenience and informed that when i am confident enough to give the ielts then only book the slot so i booked the slot in the month of september and in the same month ielts result came where i scored 6 in writing and listening 6.5 in speaking and reading 4 so abdul muqeet my case manager requested me to take again the ielts and informed that 5 is not enough score for reading. Later he told me to drop the mail stating that you have to reappear for ielts as reading score is less and mention the approximate days as when you will be prepared for the next slot of ielts exam. I dropped the mail for the month of december and he approved through the mail. I booked the next slot for ielts on 016. I got the result of ielts on 19/12/2016 and i scored listening and writing 6 speaking 7 and reading 5. When i shared the result with abdul muqeet he suggested me that he will try from his end if any province in canada who can accept these scores but later he requested my to reappear for the ielts exam again then i told him that it's difficult for me to reappear again because i work for 6 days and i don't have time to prepare again so he suggested that he will try for different countries for me and also informed that if i don't want to continue with the services i can send the mail to icad support services for the withdrawal of service and they will help me with the refund.
Later i called again my case manager abdul muqeet to get the information if i am eligible for any other countries or any other province of canada. One lady whose name was ishika told me that abdul muqeet already left the organisation and she is looking after my process so i asked her why nobody called me and informed me about this but she had no answer for my query then i asked her about my eligibility for other countries or any province in canada but she doesn't had complete information about this so she asked me to share my all documents again to understand about my case so within a week time i shared all my documents my resume wes report evaluation report and ielts scores of me and my spouse but still she was unable to help me so i asked her what i suppose to do if i want to withdraw my services because i don't want to continue as you don't have proper information about immigration so she suggested me to raise a request for refund but before that she told me to talk to one lady who takes care of all the refund process when i spoke to that lady she replied so rudely and told that there will be no refund. Next day i spoke to other consultancies named visa avenue to get the idea about my query but they didn't respond me clearly because they want me to register with them first. The next day i called again to talk to ishika but someone else picked the call and informed that she is on leave so i asked his name and he told his name is aryan so i requested him to help me with my concern and also informed that past 4 to 5 month i am struggling because of this immigration process also i informed him about abdul muqeet and ishika so he apologies and stated that he will help me but he needs my information which i already shared with ishika so i told him no problem i will share the same with you again.

Next day when i called to get in touch with aryan about my case i found that there is another lady on call whose name was pooja told me that aryan is not available so i asked her where is ishika but she told them both are not available then she asked my name i told her my name so she informed me that she is the case manager for me. Then i asked her about my concern so she told i will check if you are eligible for any other countries and she put me on hold later she revert me and stated that to right now they are only dealing with canada so i asked her about province nomination service but she told me that they don't provide this service then i told her but in the icad website it shows you guys deal with it so she informed me later that yes we use to do it before but not now because we don't have anybody to take care of them so i asked herror what i suppose to do she told me that my service is already expired and my case should be close. I got very angry and asked her on what basis you want to close my case there was no delay from my end it's the problem from your end. I also explained that your staff who was taking care of my work doesn't knows anything about immigration process. So she denied accepting me and told me that if i not gonna book the slot for ielts she will close my case. I told her that i sat twice in the ielts but not able to scored required numbers however still if you want me to sit in the ielts exam then you have to give me sometime because my husband is suffering from dengue and i am running out of cash but she pressurised me and forced me to book the date within one week time otherwise she will terminmmy services. I told her it's is not mentioned in agreement that my services should be terminated due to ielts. But she was not ready to accept me and start arguing that it is mentioned that if you not submit your all documents within 30 days your services should be terminated so i explained her that this is fraud because my previous case manager told me that if you not clear your ielts exam we will not close your case because it's a assessment which we don't know whether you gonna score according to the requirement or not so he suggested me that in such cases as a proof i have to drop the mail stating that when i am gonna book the next slot for ielts and according to my convenience i can appear for ielts so she told actually i will not take it whatever you said because our terms and policies are different and you got incorrect information. So i requested her to give me some time once i will get my salary is will book the date of ielts but she denied and told me that she will close the case.

On the same day i went to the hdfc bank and applied for the credit card and book the date within week time for the month of september. Next day i called her that i dropped the details of ielts date which i booked so she asked me as which date i booked so i told her the 09/09/2016 but she argued with me again that why didn't i booked the date earlier then this and i told her not to pressurised me as i am running out of cash and my husband is not well. Also i told her if she can't hold the services then close my case and return back my money but she denied and told that there will be no refund. Later she agreed after long argument and given me warning that she will close my case if i will not score according to their requirements.

In the month of august i got the job opportunity in pune so i moved to pune on 017. I received the mail from british council about my ielts exam venue details 5 days prior to my exam so i booked the tickets on 08/09/2017 because i haven't got the salary from my previous company because i should get the full and final settlement after 45 days so i booked the bus and also hotel for one day in hyderabad because my exam was in hyderabad. I booked the ticket with kaveri tours and travels whose arrival time was at 6:00am in the morning.

While at 3:30 am in the midnight my bus got broken so i called the kaveri tours and travels manager and reported about this issue and informed him about my exam so he told he will place me in different bus but no buses passed from that route till 5:00 am. Around 5:15 am one bus of orange tours and travels came so kaveri bus driver stopped him and told me and one more passenger to board this bus so me and one more passenger whose flight was missing board the bus. I informed the orange bus driver about my exam that i have to be in hyderabad exact at 11:30 am because my exam gonna held in the royalton hotel lakdi ka pool in hyderabad. The bus driver told me that this bus arrival time is at 10:30 am and it's already late for 1 hour. At last i reached outer ring road of hyderabad at 1:00 pm and then he made us to board the mini bus of orange tours and travels to get into the city. Athe 1:40 pm i reached the lakdi ka pool and then i took the auto rikshaw to reached the hotel royalton. Once i reached the venue ii requested the invigilator of the british council to allow me to appear for the ielts exam but he was helpless because listening part was already started at 1:00 pm. However he suggested me to write an email to the british council regarding your concern and they will help you with the same.

Later i canceled my hotel booking and same return back to pune and next day i called pooja my case manager regarding my concern but she was not available at work so i called the icad customer services were i spoke to mahendra who is the consultant regarding my concern and he told me that he is unable to take the decision. However he told that he will inform pooja to give me a call back but i didn't received any call back from her so later i called back again and one lady she picked the call and told pooja is busy in meeting once she is free i will inform her to give you a call back.

Around 1:00 pm i received a call back from pooja so i told her about my concern and also dropped the mail which i received from the british council regarding my concern. But she was not ready to understand my situation and again given us the warning of closing my case so my husband told her that if she don't want to work on our profile then refund back our money but she was not allowing us to talk and when i spoke to her she told very rudely that she is closing my case without any refund and very soon she gonna drop mail regarding the same. I got so angry and told her to refund my money back otherwise i have to raise the complaint against you guys as i got very tortured by you but she least bother about it and later the conversation end up with argument.
Please request you to look into my case as it's my hard working money and all the commitment given by the consultants of icad immigration services was fake and bad quality service. They hire the staff without any knowledge and once they get the money they will not provide the service and the staff who convince you to get registered with them will get disappeared and whoever is available they give the threat to the clients of terminating there services.

Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible. I want my rights. Please help me in getting my refund and help others also getting trapped with such fraud and fake consultancies.
