I Kall — about touch glass breaking

I bought. A tablet in january. This year and now its touch screen have been broken. Name if the product was i kall n4 4gb tab but you deliver. Me 8 gb system due to non availability former product. Now i am not able to getting. It's touch screen from anywhere and if i call your contact number no body attend call. Pls redress this complaint and suggest some measure for touch screen availability.
