I received my tablet IKALL IK1 yesterday evening, but is not getting charged or started, I have followed all the instructions as per your pasted paper in Box.

I m trying to call your customer care number since 2 hours, but no one is picking up the phone. What to do.

Please suggest. This is my first and worst experience with your company. Please call back to me on my number.

I have received Ikall N10 Tablet from gadgets360 on 29th Aug'2018. After complaint on 29Aug 2018, they have take back the material.on 4th Sep2018. But till date I have not received my New Tablet. Please take necessary action and send me New Tablets.Because i have received it on COD basis.
