Sir i sent my mobile phone at the given address by you which was received by you on 19.07.2019 for warranty replacement or repair but still i did not receive any feedback by your end. So you are requested to replace the phone at the earliest to avoid inconvenience of daily, social & official life. Without phone it is very difficult to handle the day to day activities

Hi,

I purchased I KALL Z1 mobile on 3rd August 2022 via Amazon. Within one month of its usage, the display of the phone is went wrong and the phone is no more usable. I tried reaching the customer care service centers and found that those are just a collection point and they do not service the phone. The mobile is under warranty and customer care is not ready to cover the problem under warranty. I strongly not recommend this product to any of the consumers by experiencing very poor quality of product and no customer support on problems.
