I requested Bhavay a million times to check if anything was pending and he said yes all done. But when I reached the airport I was not allowed to board as Mr.Bhavay forgot to issue "ok to board" to me. Late responses like response after 10 days etc have to be faced when you book your trip with I need trip and Bhavay is the person who coordinates.
