I Net Solutions — a fraud company asking for money

I am getting threatened from a fraud company i net solutions and they are asking for money these things started few days back when i get a call from a executive piya shah regarding project work and she told me that we will provide you a project work of captcha filling on which you will have to fill 10000 captcha in 10 day and for that you will be paid rs 22000 in which 90 percent accuracy is mandatory if you are unable to do that we will not provide you any amount i just little bit confused but she told me that say yes on verification call after that i will make you understand i did what she said after that she asked one document and signature again i did the same what she said and then without informing me she made a aggreement also and when i go through it then i get to know that if i am unable to submit the project in tat then i have to pay rs 5000 i just shocked to see such things in agreement and i offended that and did not started the work and on very next day i called her and said these things you had not told me before the agreement so i do not want to go further with you just cancel my registration then she said this is not possible if you want to cancel it you have to pay 5000 as maintenance charges. I haven't started the work so why will i pay you the amount she said no you will have to pay if you will not pay the amount then we will take legal action against you now the threatened started, i said just whatever you want to do... After 10 days i got a mail of payment intimation from preeti gupta as so called advocate that i got your file from i solution that according to the aggreement you are failed to submit the project and you are not paying the amount of maintenance charges so we will send you a legal notice and you have to come latur maharashtra after that i defended myself very strongly said that there is no any signature of mine in the agreement and i have the call record also and i have started the work you got my file from i solution but i had registered with i net solutions and there is no any company called i net solutions registered on mca of latur maharashtra and after that she send me a fake notice through mail also and text msg also that your case no 3875948 is going to further proceeding and you will have to reply with in 7 days... So these are the things which is happened till now...
