I have renewed the current plan of ₹- 1380 of 30M-90 days UL which was due today. As plan is activated but still not able to connect to internet I contacted customer care. They told me the internet provider is migrated to TrueNet so I would require to drop email for refund and need to recharge locally visiting the office.
I have attached the screenshot of plan being activated and payment receipt invoice.
So requesting to kindly confirm the safe receipt of this email and let me know if anything else is required from end to receive the refund.
Kindly let me know if the payment will be reversed into the original payment way or need to provide other banking details for the same and estimated time frame for refund.
Requesting to maintain the clear transparency by giving correct update.
