I10 Earpods — earpods /fake product and cheating with customer

I ordered my earpords from insta page of i10 earpod whose order id is order#iep7231
I received the product on 19th december 2018 that i had ordered on 11th december 2018, the price of product is 1499
I received the fake used earpods in which one earpod is broken while the other is used, i had mailed to the company email but still dint got any response, kindly do look over my concern and solve it soon because company is saying there is only 3 days return policy
