I10 Earpods — I received wrong and damaged product. | |||||
Hi, I have ordered i10 earpods in Red colour. Order number - IEP10552 Invoice number - IEP10552, Order Date - Jan 7, 2019, 21:57 I have received my order today, 09/01/2019. and i have checked product it's in White colour, and I have ordered i10 earpods but got i7 earpod. product have so much scratched and dirty yellow marks. It's look like in used condition. I have emailed for return request, I have dropped insta message in i10 earpods insta page, I have dropped message on FB messenger, I have text the on their website in contact us page. It's totally fake company I paid 1400rs. through paytm. Still i haven't received any response from them. I want my money back Was this information helpful? | |||||

I want to return this item. Please send me the link or tell me the procedure.
I have sent this email million times but they didn't respond.
I ordered i10 earpods but received i7s. Both devices never connected with each other. Since the product was damaged/not working, I wanted to return but there is no response from them.
At the time of order, I wrongly ordered red one but wanted white one. So emailed them and got the revert with in a few hours.
Now when I want to return the order in untouched condition, they never respond.
Going to update the same information on social so that nobody will buy any item from them.
