I have purchased a earpods from i10 earpods order id - iep44178 but i have received i7s earpods and also the product found damage. Immideatly i try to contact they but they have not mentioned hem neither they mention any contact number in their web site. They have given an draft option in their website, i have written by complain on that box but yet no information given by their side.
